This is one of our original pasty concepts, We love chicken and leek pies, we love chicken and cheese. we decided to make one as a pasty, and wow. This pasty is still even now eaten for one of our lunches weekly. We have one customer who will not have anything but this pasty and now texts us to ask when its fresh out the oven, its that good. shes even sent them to family in wales as a gift.

These pasties are completely hand-made, from the short crust pastry, to the chopped, sliced and layered meat and vegetables. Our, rather controversial, over the top Cornish crimp is also hand crimped just how our grandmothers did.
