Luxury fillet steak Cornish pasty

We believe our fillet steak  pasty is second to none.  Hand made from start to finish this is not your run of the mill pasty, this is, we believe, the finest pasty you will find.

Our pastry is crispy and light, made with a combination or Trewithen Cornish butter and proper lard rubbed into fine quality flour.

Layered within the pasty is chipped potato, then swede, followed by diced white  onions, all from Cornwall, topped with  200 grams of finest Cornish fillet steak from R J Trevarthens.

Seasoned to perfection with salt and freshly ground black and white pepper, then topped with a few small dabs of butter.

Once made our luxury pasties are coated in free range local egg wash and popped in a traditional oven for one hour. Following this we blast chill to maintain taste and freshness.
